1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.

Due to the nature of international fulfillment and logistics costs, returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference may not always be possible.

2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations

A refund or replacement may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item arrives defective or not functioning
  • The item received is significantly different from the product description
  • The package is confirmed lost during shipping

UTILCK will determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the claim.

3. Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Providing sufficient information will help us resolve the issue more quickly.

4. Resolution Process

Depending on the situation, UTILCK may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

In most cases, replacements will be provided without requiring the return of the original item.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Color differences due to monitor or screen settings
  • Minor variations in product appearance
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or logistics partners
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage

6. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, UTILCK will provide a replacement or refund once the investigation has been completed.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered successfully delivered and are not eligible for refunds due to theft or loss after delivery.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution. Customers are encouraged to contact UTILCK support so we can assist with resolving any problems.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@utilck.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original transaction.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

This right does not apply to items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are otherwise not in their original condition.
